I have ordered the combinations but didn't receive them?

There are 3 ways to receive the numbers:

My Orders

The best way to access all your orders is by registering to our site using your PayPal email address. After registration we will link your PayPal email with your account.

All you need to do is login and you will be able to see all your orders under ORDERS section.

This is the most convenient way to access all your ordered numbers.

By Email

After successful payment we will send you instantly a confirmation email to your PayPal email address with the ordered numbers. This usually takes just minutes.

Please make sure that your PayPal email address is still up to date and you are able to receive emails there.

If you don't receive an email with the combinations within 24h after ordering, please contact us and we will resend them again or deliver to an alternate email address.

Instant Access

If you don't receive an email with the ordered combinations or are unable to register to our site, you can always retrieve the ordered combinations by going to "GET ORDERED COMBINATIONS". All you have to do is enter your PayPal Transaction ID and you will see your combinations instantly.

How long should I play the combinations?

The numbers are usually good for several weeks/months but it all depends on the patterns changes so it's good to stay updated and get a fresh set of numbers periodically. Once they stop winning for a longer period of time, it may be a good time to change them.

I don't want to receive any more emails from this site?

You can enable/disable emailing from us by logging into your account, go to ACCOUNT and change the settings under "Email notifications".

I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by visiting this page: FORGOT PASSWORD

Just enter your email and security code and we will email you new password. Then you will be able to login using the new password and change it under ACCOUNT section.

I received an email claiming that I won the lottery, is it real?

We don't send emails claiming that you won the lottery and asking for any kind of personal information. We only send winning notifications in case you purchased our most often winning lottery numbers. If you played the lottery and think you could have won, we suggest to contact the official office of your lottery provider.
